Your inner critic and your inner cheer squad DO have the words that follow this opening …
At the core of your being sits a collection of thoughts, habits & beliefs (paradigm) that govern your behaviour and ultimately your results.
Now, here’s the funny thing, you did not actually create most of these yourself, they were given to you by your parents, school, friends, church, the media. Many inner beliefs do not serve you well, some actively sabotage your best efforts yet you allow them to “live” in your sub-conscious mind -sometimes for life.
Don’t wait till the Dr says you have a terminal something (to change your lifestyle), don’t wait till the relationship is in tatters (to respect women / men, contribute equally or forgive), don’t wait till you are retired (to see some of the world), till the death bed (to tell them you love them), don’t wait till your business is struggling (to invest in new methods or team growth).
