“Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.” – Eckhart Tolle
Too busy? Too tired? Not enough time? Shy? Stalled business initiative? Always late? No money? Too fat? Too skinny? Not fit? No friends? Unhappy partner? Low staff morale? Unsatisfying work? Procrastinating (again)?
Okay, now here’s the thing … You are not a tree, you can get up and move!
Since leaving my salaried positions in the education and corporate world I have many contacts asking what I do these days. So, in this one off post I’ll share that in addition to my volunteer role as CEO at SchoolAid Trust and paid speaking gigs I have been privileged to earn the trust of many individuals, business owners and executive groups as a coach and it’s a role I take very seriously indeed. In many cases this takes the form of a one to one arrangement as they establish a business or transition to their next level; in others, its a bespoke program I develop with them and then deliver for their team. From late 2016 I undertook training in Toronto, Canada to become a Certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant where I facilitate the Thinking Into Results Program (TIR) that has won acclaim internationally (from mum and dad clients, education / professional sector, SME’s & right through to Fortune 500 CEO’s and executive teams). Bob Proctor has been a mentor for me since 2002 after our first meeting in Sydney. I enrol people in TIR constantly and the delivery is all online so location is not an issue. In terms of TIR, I help people understand why they get stuck and why it can seem so hard to cross what we call their “knowing – doing” gap. You know what to do, but your old habits and beliefs keep bringing you back to the same old behaviours. I know I can help anyone with that and I teach a proven process to quickly and effectively change old habits that are not moving people in the direction they wish to go.
The same energy flows to and through each us all the time (Lesson 4). We get to choose what we do with that energy and it is those characteristics that make us human (Lesson 3), our higher mental faculties (Lesson 5), that give us the creative power to change our situation regardless of the present circumstances (Lesson 6). We each have 24 hours to do the thing. Your diary and your bank statement will show what you are most focussed on, it’s your actions that reveal what you value most right now. It’s how you’ve spent your days so far that have, cumulatively, brought you to wherever you are today (Lesson 7). But your past does not need to define for future.
If you are stuck, we take a close look at the things you are focussing on (and so giving energy too). You have the power to change and Thinking Into Results provides the best tools I’ve ever seen (it’s based on over 55 years of research and use in the field) with 12 lessons spread over 24 weeks – delivering change, driven by you, taught by Bob Proctor and supported by me … change that actually sticks. Your diary will be full of “busy” regardless, so its a choice to prioritise your personal development (Lesson 10) and therefore fast track your results for what YOU really want (Lesson 1). Your paradigms will work to hold you back – the old habits are strong, but you can do this (Lessons 3, 4 and 8). Trust the process … do the work daily and you’ll never regret it (lesson 7 & 10). Jump in here with like minded people committed to making step changes quickly in 2018, share your thoughts and successes to use the power of the group (Lesson 12). 24 weeks to transform – you will move faster with others in your corner.
If you can. You should.

Each week I encounter people who, for most of their waking hours, go somewhere they don’t want to go, to do something they don’t want to do, with people they don’t really want to spend time with! Some do this for 40+ years. If this is you, I know I can help you find your purpose and begin living it and I’m passionate about that.
There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.
